DECLARATION
of 9 February 2012
amending Decree No 291 / 2003 Coll., on the prohibition of the administration of certain substances to animals whose products are intended for human consumption and on the monitoring (monitoring) of the presence of unauthorised substances, residues and contaminants for which animal products could be harmful to human health, in animals and in their products, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Article 19 (3) of the Act:
Decree No 291 / 2003 Coll., on the prohibition of the administration of certain substances to animals whose products are intended for human consumption and on the monitoring (monitoring) of the presence of unauthorised substances, residues and contaminants for which animal products could be harmful to human health, in animals and in their products, as amended by Decree No 232 / 2005 Coll., Decree No 375 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No 129 / 2009 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (b), the words "special legislation, (2)" shall be replaced by the words "medication2 Act,"
footnote 2:
"(2) Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (Law on Medicines), as amended."
2. Paragraph 6 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The veterinary medicinal products referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be submitted by the veterinarian. The veterinary medicinal products designated by the doctor referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 may also be administered by the breeder or by another person, under the authority of the veterinarian. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2012.
