COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 5 March 2007
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.2.2007 and 28.2.2007:
1. Collective contract of higher degree (of 31.1.2007 with effect from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008) concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 18.1.2007 with effect from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
Association of Air Manufacturers
and
KOVO trade union.
3. Collective contract of higher degree (of 19.1.2007 with effect from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
Czech Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
4. Appendix 2 (of 1 February 2007) to a collective agreement concluded between
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic,
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
