on the publication of a frequency spectrum use plan
The Czech Telecommunications Authority states that according to § 56 paragraph 7 of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws, it has declared a plan for the use of the frequency spectrum. This plan sets out the conditions for using frequencies for radio communications services.
According to the same provision of the Act, the Czech Telecommunications Authority published this plan for the use of the spectrum in the Telecommunications Journal of 17 December 2001, in the normative section "A 'under point 237. By that date the frequency spectrum application plan became effective.
