THE LAW
of 28 January 2021
amending Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, as amended by Act No. 476 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 197 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 100 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1), "2018, 2019 and 2020" shall be replaced by "2021, 2022 and 2023."
2. in Article 2 (b), "2018, 2019 and 2020" is replaced by "2021, 2022 and 2023."
3. In the introductory wording of Section 4, the words "or cormorant large in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023 'shall be inserted after the words" selected animal'.
4. In Article 5 (1), in the sentence, the second digits "2018, 2019 and 2020 'are replaced by" 2021, 2022 and 2023'.
5. Paragraph 7 (5) is deleted.
6. In Paragraph 10 (3), the words "or a great cormorant 'shall be inserted in the first sentence after the words" selected animal'.
Transitional provision
In the case of damage caused to fish by cormorant in 2020, compensation shall be granted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
