GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 January 2004
amending Government Regulation No 181 / 2002 Coll., on the contribution related to the restructuring of the steel industry, as amended by Government Regulation No 47 / 2003 Coll.
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on Budgetary Rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 187 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 479 / 2003 Coll.:
Government Decree 181 / 2002 Coll., on the contribution related to the restructuring of the steel industry, as amended by Government Decree 47 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (a) and (b), "31 December 2005" is replaced by "31 December 2006";
2. The Annex to Decree No. 181 / 2002 Coll. including the title reads:

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
