on the provisional application of certain provisions of Annex A, instrument X- Czechoslovakia, annexed to the Protocol on the conditions for access to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade negotiated on 10 October 1949
The Minister of Finance declares in an agreement with Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Ministers pursuant to Government Decree No. 292 / 1949 Coll., on the provisional implementation of certain international conventions related to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade:
(a) On 25 May 1950, the provisions of Annex A, Act X- Czechoslovakia, annexed to the abovementioned Protocol on the conditions of access relating to the following items of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff shall become provisional effective: ex 97a) liquid and semi-solid mixtures of fatty and resin acids; ex 300a) 4 plaster plasterboard coated with paper; ex 351a) 1 veneer and plywood veneer sheets; ex 356a) 1 spring wood coil;
(b) on 28 May 1950, the provisions of the same Annex relating to the following items of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff shall be provisionally effective: ex 25 barley for sowing; ex 26 oats for sowing; ex 42b) fresh cabbage; ex 47b) sesame seed; 50; ex 52 beet and drill seed; 65; ex 73b) chickens, whether or not roosters, capons and chickens; (79a); Note to box 79b; 88; Note 3 for the rate of number 90; ex 91 fish and whale fat; ex 119a) Samsoe, steppe cheese; ex 131b) sardines other, herring, mackerel, sprat, tuna;
(c) on 30 May 1950, the provisions of the same Annex relating to the following items of the Czechoslovak Customs Tariff shall become provisionally effective: ex 11 lemons; ex 12 oranges, mandarins; Note to tariff number 12; 16a; ex 17b) edible chestnuts; ex 36 hazelnuts not shelled or peeled; ex 37 (all subheadings and subheadings); ex 40a) 1 potato; 41b); ex 43a) 3 cauliflower, tomato apples; 49a); ex 49b) red clover; ex 104 olive oil; 109a); ex 109b) 1 wine in barrels; ex 118 mortadella, zamponi, etc.; ex 119a) Bel Paese and all remaining cheeses; ex 129 apple conservatives; 130a); ex 131b) tomato-apple conservatives; ex 162 extract of chestnut wood; ex 202 hemp; 266; 506a); ex 598g) tartaric acid,
in the case of goods originating in all States which enjoy the most favourable tariff treatment on importation into the Czechoslovak customs territory.
These States are acceded to from 28 May 1950 to Nicaragua and from 30 May 1950 to Italy.
