DECLARATION
Ministry of Defence
of 12 December 2000
laying down the formalities for the cataloguing clause, the models for application forms, notifications and surveys related to cataloguing and the model of the certificate of competence to process the draft product cataloguing data
The Ministry of Defence provides pursuant to Section 16 of Act No. 309 / 2000 Coll., on Defence Standardisation, Cataloguing and State Verification of Quality of Products and Services intended to ensure State Defence and Change of Trade Act:
Requirements of the catalogue clause
(1) Cataloguing clause for a product not yet catalogued contains:
(a) the trade name, identification number and tax identification number, registered office or place of business;
(b) the name of the product, its reference number; the product reference number is the number assigned by the manufacturer, which clearly identifies and distinguishes the product from other products (e.g. drawing number, marking of technical conditions, identification number from the manufacturer's catalogue, etc.),
(c) a requirement for the submission of a product catalogue data proposal, of a product catalogue data of components and accessories of which the product consists and for which cataloguing is required (hereinafter referred to as the product cataloguing data proposal);
(d) determining how the product documentation is made available;
(e) the requirement to inform without delay the changes made to the product documentation resulting in the modification of the submitted product cataloguing data;
(f) the requirement to inform about changes in the manufacturer's data referred to in (a) and the loss of its ability to produce the product.
Models for applications, notifications, certificates and surveys
Models for applications, notifications, certificates and surveys relating to cataloguing are set out in Annexes 1 to 8.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2001.
