DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 1 December 1982
on the issue of silver commemorative hundreds for the 100th anniversary of the birth of Jaroslav Haška
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
(1) On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Jaroslav Haška, the commemorative silver hundred crowns are issued.
(2) The silver stockings are driven by an alloy of 500 pieces of silver, 400 parts of copper, 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of zinc. The weight of the hundred koruna is 9 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter is 29 mm, the edge is serrated.
(1) On the face of the commemorative silver stokron is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and under it in two rows is the designation of the value "100 KKS." In the copy to the circle from the left is the name of the State "CZECH SOCIAL REPUBLIC."
(2) On the back of the commemorative silver stokron is a portrait of Jaroslav Hašek in the front view. Under the portrait is the name "Jaroslav Hašek" and the years "1883 1983."
(3) The design of the commemorative silver stokron is by Stefan Novotný, whose brand "N" is placed on the back of the left under the portrait.
This Decree takes effect on 21 April 1983.
