DECLARATION
Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 5 January 1978
on the abolition of private practice of doctors and dentists
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic provides according to § 70 paragraph 1 (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:
Authorisations for the provision of certain preventive care treatments in private practice of doctors and dentists, which have in some cases been exceptionally kept, expire on 1 April 1978.
They shall be deleted:
(a) Decree No 129 / 1958 of the Ú. l., on private practitioners and dentists,
(b) Decree No 24 / 1969 of the Oracle. MZ ČSR, on rates for performance carried out in private medical and dental offices. 1)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1978.
