DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 14 December 2001
repealing certain legislation on safety and health at work
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Sections 9 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll.:
§ 1
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 110 / 1975 Coll., on the registration and registration of accidents at work and on the reporting of accidents at work (accidents) and technical equipment failures.
2. Decree No. 274 / 1990 Coll., amending and supplementing the Order of the Czech Labour Safety Authority and the Czech Mining Office No. 110 / 1975 Coll., on the registration and registration of accidents at work and on the reporting of accidents at work (accidents) and technical equipment disorders.
3. Decree No. 204 / 1994 Coll., specifying the scope and detailed conditions for the provision of personal protective equipment and washing, cleaning and disinfection equipment.
4. Decree No. 279 / 1998 Coll., amending Decree No. 204 / 1994 Coll., determining the scope and detailed conditions for the provision of personal protective equipment and cleaning, cleaning and disinfection equipment.
§ 2
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
