DECLARATION
of 19 February 2024
on the issue of a commemorative silver stokron with the motive of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 27 March 2024 a commemorative silver coin of CZK 100 with the motive of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office (hereinafter referred to as "Stokorina") is issued within the cycle of the Institution of the Czech Republic.
(2) Stotoruna is issued in special design with polished coin field and matt relief.
(3) The Stovoruna is driven from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the stocron is 9 g, its diameter is 29 mm and its strength is 1.8 mm. In the case of a stomachlor, a tolerance of up to 1% in the silver content, a tolerance of up to 0,18 g, a tolerance of 0,1 mm in diameter and a tolerance of 0,15 mm. The edge of the hundred crown is smooth.
(1) On the front of the stokorona is the composition of heraldic animals of the Czech Republic. The text "CZECH REPUBLIC" and the denomination with the abbreviation "100 CZK" is placed in the copy around the coin. The text and denomination marking with the abbreviation of the monetary unit are separated by dots. The brand of the Czech Mint is placed above the frame. The year of "2024" is placed under the frame.
(2) On the back of the Stokron, the logo of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office is placed in the frame above which are symbols of weight and sword. A copy of the coin's circumference contains the text "THE HIGHEST STATE REPRESENTATION' The initials of the author of the coin, the academic sculptor Zbynek Fojt, which are made up of composite letters" F "and" Z "are placed under the frame.
(3) The picture of the stokoruna is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 27 March 2024.
