THE LAW
of 30 January 2013
amending Act No. 130 / 2002 Coll., on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation from public funds and amending certain related laws (Act on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 130 / 2002 Coll., on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation from public funds and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation), as amended by Act No. 41 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 215 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 413 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 171 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 124 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 469 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Paragraph 36 (3), the words "the President, the members of the Bureau and 'shall be deleted.
2. In Paragraph 36, the sentences "The President and members of the Bureau of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic shall be added at the end of paragraph 3. The salary ratios of the President and members of the Bureau of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic shall be governed by the legislation governing the pay ratios of employees in the state administration bodies. 35)."

3. In the eighth sentence of Paragraph 36 (7), the words "on a proposal from the committee of the Chamber of Deputies responsible for Science 'shall be inserted after the words" Grant Agency of the Czech Republic'.
4. At the end of paragraph 7, the sentence "The Audit Board of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic shall submit to the Committee of the Chamber of Deputies responsible for Science at least every 6 months information on the activities of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic including information on individual public competitions in research, development and innovation."
5. In the second sentence of Paragraph 36a (4), the words "the President, the members of the Bureau and 'shall be deleted.
6. At the end of paragraph 4, the sentences "The President and members of the Bureau of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic shall be added. The pay ratios of the President and the members of the Bureau of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic shall be governed by the legislation governing the pay ratios of employees in the national administrations. 35)."
7. In the ninth sentence of Paragraph 36a (8), the words "on a proposal from the Committee of the Chamber of Deputies responsible for Science 'shall be inserted after the words" Technology Agency of the Czech Republic'.
8. In Paragraph 36a, at the end of paragraph 8, the sentence "The Audit Board of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic shall submit to the Committee of the Chamber of Deputies responsible for Science at least every 6 months information on the activities of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic including information on individual public competitions in research, development and innovation."
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
