amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the Verification of the Compliance of a Copy or Copy with the Charter and on the Verification of the Authenticity of Signature and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Act on Verification), as amended by Act No. 279 / 2019 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 265 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 349 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 411 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 409 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 265 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 269 / 2019 Coll.
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Strong' shall be inserted after the word "Štěpánovice '.
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', at the end of the text in point (i), the word", Nunovice' is added.
3. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (n), the word" Dunajovice' is inserted after the word "Czech Velenice '.
4. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (t), the word" Slatina' is inserted after the word "Rudlice ';
5. In the part "Králové hradec kraj," point (b), the word "Genoa," is deleted and after the word "Semechnice," the word "Snow," is inserted.
6. In the part "Králové Hradec kraj ', point (d), the word" Tetín' shall be inserted after the word "Sucorada '.
7. In the part "Králové Hradec Region ', the word" Zaháňov' is added at the end of the text (f).
8. In the part "Králové hradec kraj," point (i), the word "Vestec," shall be inserted after the word "Great Poříčí,"
9. In the part "Liberec Region ', point (c), the word" Frýdštejn' shall be inserted after the word "Dalesice '.
10. In the part "Liberec Region ', point (i), the word" Frýdštejn,' is deleted and after the word "Jenišovice, 'the word" Kacanova' is inserted.
11. in the part "Olomouc Region," point (c), the words "Raková u Konice," shall be inserted after the words "Ochoz,";
12. in the part "Olomoucky kraj ', point (h), the word" Otinoves' is inserted after the word "Otaslavice ';
13. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (g), the word" Market' shall be inserted after the word "Trstěnice ';
14. In the part "Plzeň kraj," point (b), the word "Drahotín," shall be inserted after the word "Draženov," after the word "Mutín," the word "Nevolice," and the word "Postěkov," the word "Guard," shall be inserted.
15. in the part "Plzeň kraj," point (f), the word "Loza," is inserted after the word "Kralovice,"
16. In the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (j), the word" Predenice' is inserted after the word "Radkovice 'and the word" Ptenín' is inserted after the word "Radkovice '.
17. in the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (e), the word "Mechenice," and the word "Zagerany," shall be inserted after the word "Zagerany,"
18. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (f), the words" Birch,', "Kounice, 'and" Bow' shall be deleted, after the word "Pořičany, 'the word" Flatuli,' shall be inserted and the word "Vitice 'shall be added at the end of the text" Vítice'.
19. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (m), the words" Birch, Kounice' shall be inserted after the word "authorities', and the word ', Banka' shall be added at the end of the text (m).
20. In the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (o), the word "Jabkenice," and the word "Swordfish," shall be inserted after the word "Poor Man,"
21. In the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (p), the words "Upper Bukovina," shall be inserted after the word "Branzej."
22. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (u), the word" Svojetín' is inserted after the word "Svojetín '.
23. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (y), the word" Bernartice' is inserted after the word "authorities'.
24. in the part "Ústí kraj ', point (k), the word" Rakiníves' is inserted after the word "Translations';
25. In the section "Vysočina Region," point (b), the word "Tower," shall be inserted after the word "Tower,"
26. In the part "Vysočina Region," point (e), the word "Cherry," and the word "Tower," shall be inserted after the word "Simanov," and the word "Tower," shall be deleted.
27. in the section "Vysočina Region," point (m), the word "Dalešice," is inserted after the word "Chekov,"
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
