amending Decree No 257 / 2012 Coll., on the prevention of emissions of ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases
According to Articles 10 (11) and 11 (4) of Act No. 73 / 2012 Coll., on substances that deplete the ozone layer and on fluorinated greenhouse gases:
Decree No 257 / 2012 Coll., on the prevention of emissions of ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, is amended as follows:
1. footnote 2 shall read:
"(2) Regulation (EU) No 517 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and repealing Regulation (EC) No 842 / 2006. ';
2. Annexes 2 and 3 shall read as follows:

Model report on fluorinated greenhouse gases obtained or transmitted from or to another Member State of the European Union, on the disposal of fluorinated greenhouse gases, the placing on the market, the recovery, recycling, regeneration and disposal of controlled substances pursuant to Section 11 (1) of the Act

3. In Annex 4, point 2.1.2.1, the last sentence is deleted.
4. In Annex 4, point 2.2.2 of the part "Adjustment - stage I ', point 7 is replaced by the following:
'7. Capture controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases as specified in point 2.2.2, heading 3, classify and register according to point 2.2.2, number 4 and store them in containers in a manner suitable for further use or disposal. ';
5. In Annex 4, point 2.2.3, the words "this technology 'are inserted after the word" operator'.
6. In Annexes 4 and 5, point 3.1.1 reads as follows:
"3.1.1. Documentation of authorisations issued
All certificates, authorisations, approvals, approvals and official decisions on the basis of which the technology is operated shall be kept up to date and shall be freely accessible to the competent control authorities. ';
7. In Annex 4, point 4, the words "the recovery technology of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases from refrigeration equipment 'and the words" binding technology' are replaced by the words "the procedure set out in this Annex ';
8. In Annex 5, point 4.1, the words "technology for the recovery of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases in the recycling of products' and the words" measures' are replaced by the words "measures'.
9. In Annex 5, point 4.2, the words "technology for the recovery of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases when recycling products' shall be inserted after the words" Operator '.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
