ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 9 March 2022
on the amendment of the crisis measure published under No 44 / 2022 Coll.
Government
Following the Government Resolution No 147 of 2 March 2022 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of the need to respond to a large migration wave in the Czech Republic and within the meaning of Article 5 (b), (c), (e) and (f) and Article 6 (1) (b) and (d), § 6 (2) (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and amendment of certain laws (crisis law), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, it has decided to take a crisis measure, by way within the meaning of Article 6 (2) (b) of the Crisis Act.
The Government shall amend, with effect from 10 March 2022 at 00: 00, the Government Resolution of 2 March 2022 No 148, published under No 44 / 2022 Coll., as follows:
1. The words "national citizens of Ukraine," shall be replaced by the words "foreigners who are compulsorily covered by Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2022 / 382 of 4 March 2022 providing that there has been a case of mass influx of displaced persons from Ukraine within the meaning of Article 5 of Council Directive 2001 / 55 / EC and introducing their temporary protection (" displaced persons ") and."
2. The text used to read "saved 'shall be renumbered" I' and the following point II shall be added:
"II.
(a) the period laid down in Article 93 (1) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended, shall be 30 days for displaced persons who fulfil the grounds for granting a special type of visa referred to in point I., 30 days,
(b) The Ministry of Interior, Police of the Czech Republic or the Fire Department of the Czech Republic may provide for a place where the reporting obligation under Section 93 (1) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended, or an application for a special type of visa referred to in point I. "
They shall:
1. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior,
Police President,
Managing Director of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic

Mayor of the City of Prague,
Mayors, mayors
