DECLARATION
of 21 February 2013
amending Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., establishing a circle of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa issued, as amended by Decree No. 270 / 2011 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior, after consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides for Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll.:
In the Annex to Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., establishing a circle of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa issued, as amended by Decree No. 270 / 2011 Coll., point 1 is deleted.
Points 2 to 32 shall become points 1 to 31.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2013.
