amending Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code, as amended, and Act No. 312 / 2002 Coll., on officials of local authorities and amending certain laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on civil servants of local authorities
Act No. 312 / 2002 Coll., on officials of local authorities and amending certain laws, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 7 (1) (b), the words "for an indefinite period" shall be inserted after the words "the ratio."
2. In Article 9 (2) (c), the words "and order 'shall be inserted after the word" list'.
3. In the first sentence of Paragraph 17 (5), "maximum 'is replaced by" minimum'.
4. In Article 40, the words "on a contract pursuant to § 29 (2), second and third sentences, and paragraphs 3," are replaced by "§ 29a."
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the first month following its publication, with the exception of Article I (29), which shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
