DECLARATION
of 15 October 2002
amending Decree No. 265 / 1999 Coll., laying down the period of service of professional soldiers preparing for the performance of their duties, and the amount of remuneration which may be required for an occupational soldier if he fails to comply with the agreement
The Ministry of Defence provides for the Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 265 / 1999 Coll., which provides for the duration of the service of professional soldiers preparing for the performance of their duties and the amount of remuneration which may be required for the professional soldier if he does not comply with the agreement, shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1) (a), "at least 3 months" shall be replaced by "more than 5 months."
2. in § 1 (1) (b), the words "and, in the case of studies in language courses in the Czech Republic lasting at least 3 months" shall be deleted;
3. In Article 1 (1) (c), "at least 3 months' is replaced by" more than 10 months';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
