Government Regulation amending Government Regulation No. 77 / 2008 Coll., on the establishment of financial limits for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, on the definition of goods acquired by the Czech Republic - Ministry of Defence, for which a specific financial limit applies, and on the conversion of amounts laid down in the Act on Public Procurement in Euro into Czech currency, as amended, and Government Regulation No. 78 / 2008 Coll., on the establishment of financial limits for the purposes of the Concession Act, as amended by Government Decree No. 474 / 2009 Coll.
