GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 February 2025
amending Government Regulation No 158 / 2024 Coll., establishing a list of States whose citizens are not required to have a permit to work, an employee card, an employee transfer card or a blue card
The Government orders pursuant to § 98 (u) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 408 / 2023 Coll. and Act No. 470 / 2024 Coll.:
Government Decree No 158 / 2024 Coll., establishing a list of States whose citizens are not required to have a job or work permit, employee card, intra-corporate transfer card or blue card is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Order, the words "and separate jurisdictions' shall be inserted after the word" States'.
2. The words "and Act No 470 / 2024 Coll. 'shall be added at the end of the introductory sentence.
3. At the end of Section 1, the words "and separate jurisdictions' shall be added.
4. In Article 1 (h), the word "or 'is deleted.
5. In Article 1, at the end of point (i), the dot is replaced by "or 'and the following point (j) is added:
"(j) Taiwanese."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
