DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 267 / 1999 of the Ministry of Defence Coll., determining the amount of the recruitment allowance, the transfer and subsistence allowance and the procedure for granting travel and other compensation to professional soldiers
According to § 73 (1) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
Decree No. 267 / 1999 Coll., determining the amount of the recruitment allowance, the transfer and subsistence allowance and the procedure for granting travel and other allowances to professional soldiers, is hereby amended as follows:
1. in § 2 (a), the amount "55 CZK" is replaced by "58 CZK."
2. in § 2 (b) the amount "85 CZK" is replaced by "88 CZK."
3. In § 2 (c), "130 CZK 'is replaced by" 135 CZK'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
