DECLARATION

of 31 May 1972
on the provision of recruitment allowances and other formalities to certain employees of the ČKD Prague branch company
According to § 43 (2) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Czechoslovak Federal Committee of Trade Unions of Metallic Workers:
§ 1
Scope
The decree provides for the provision of recruitment allowances and other formalities for staff recruited by the National Committees and free recruitment by ČKD Praha, which provide contracts for the V 9750 B event ("the workers').
§ 2
Provision of recruitment allowance and other formalities
(1) Staff members shall be provided with the formalities provided for in the conditions laid down in Decree of 9 March 1959 No 57 / 1959 of the Úl on the formalities to be provided for staff recruited by the Labour Union, the Health and Social Security Council of the District National Committees, and shall be granted a recruitment allowance of at least 5000 Kčs when the contract of employment is concluded for at least 3 years; of which the worker receives 1500 CZK at the start of the work, 1500 CZK after the first year of employment and 2000 CZK after the second year of employment.
If the worker is free to cancel his employment before the dates referred to in the preceding paragraph, the worker shall be obliged to repay the recruitment allowance he has received, at an amount corresponding to the time for which the contract was not met, and also to pay the removal costs.
If the worker has given cause for immediate release, he shall be obliged to repay all contributions granted to the undertaking, except for family support, without prejudice to liability under the general rules.
(2) The remuneration of workers during the training period is carried out according to the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of 1 June 1971 No II / 3- 190 / 71- 7208 / Šm (Reg. in No. 13 / 1971 Coll.) on the remuneration of workers during the training period.
(3) The staff allowance shall be granted to the following extent:
při práci v časové mzdě v úkolové mzdě
v 1. měsíci Kčs 250,- Kčs 400,-
v 2. měsíci Kčs 200,- Kčs 550,-
v 3. měsíci Kčs 150,- Kčs 450,-
(4) Entitlement to family support is granted to workers who are separated from the family household in connection with the recruitment of employment
- married workers and equal workers,
- workers who are not granted severance grants under the rules on reimbursement of travel, removal and other expenses.
Family support shall be 8 CZK for each calendar day of employment with the exceptions below: it shall be paid once a month.
Family support is not provided in days
- regular or special leave,
- family visits, where the worker is paid by the fare undertaking,
- constitutional treatment; in this case, the undertaking may not charge the worker a fee for accommodation at a mass hostel.
Entitlement to family support shall cease on the day on which any of the conditions for its provision lapses.
Family support shall be reduced by one-third of the amount per month in respect of each of the first three unagreed shifts.
(5) Staff members shall be entitled to reimbursement of the fare for taking up their employment and returning to their place of permanent residence after completion of their contract of employment; they are also entitled to diets, if the journey by timetable lasts for more than 2 hours, of 20 ccs and if more than 10 hours, of 40 ccs. In diets are included diets and lost earnings during days of travel.
Further details on the payment of the fare and diets are provided in Sections 2 and 3 of the Ú. l.
(6) Married workers who enter into contracts for an indefinite period or for a period of at least 3 years shall be granted every four weeks for the period of separation from the family to replace the proven fare to and from the place of residence of the family.
§ 3
Efficacy
(1) Entitlements under this Order may be granted if the conditions laid down in this Order have been met, starting on 1 April 1972, only to the employees of the ČKD Praha branch undertaking, which provides contracts for the V 9750 B event.
(2) The Decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
