amending Government Regulation No 333 / 1993 Coll., laying down minimum wage charges and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 7 and 14 (2) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:

Government Decree No 333 / 1993 Coll., establishing minimum wage rates and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended by Government Decree No. 308 / 1995 Coll., Government Decree No. 356 / 1997 Coll., Government Decree No. 318 / 1998 Coll., Government Decree No. 132 / 1999 Coll., Government Decree No. 312 / 1999 Coll. and Government Decree No. 163 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:
1.
„§ 1
This Regulation lays down minimum wage charges and allowances for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and at night. '
2. Paragraph 2 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The minimum wage rates, graded up to 12 rates at a fixed weekly working time, shall be 40 hours:

3. In Article 2 (2), "42,5 hours' is replaced by" 40 hours';
4. In Section 2, the following paragraph 4 is added, including footnote 1a:
"(4) The minimum wage rate shall be:
(a) 90% of the amounts fixed for the first to 12th tariff rates, if they are the first employment relationship or similar employment relationship of a staff member aged 18 to 21, for a period of 6 months from the date of the employment relationship or similar employment relationship;
(b) 80% of the amounts fixed for grade 1 to 12 in the case of a young worker, 1a)
(c) 75% of the amounts fixed for the first to 12th tariff stages, if they are staff members who are beneficiaries of a partial invalidity pension;
(d) 50% of the amounts fixed for the first to 12th tariff stages, if they are a staff member who is a beneficiary of a full invalidity pension or a young staff member who is fully disabled and does not receive a full invalidity pension.
(1a) § 274 (2) of the Labour Code. '
5. In Section 4, the words "The amount of the wage advantage 'and in Section 4," The wage advantage' are replaced by the words "Additional '.
6. Article 5, including the title and footnote 2, reads:
„§ 5
Extra charge for work at night
The extra charge per hour of work in the night 2) is at least CZK 5.40.
2) Paragraph 99 (1) of the Labour Code. '
7. In Annex No 2, point 1, the words "wage advantage 'are replaced by the words" supplement'.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.
