DECLARATION
of 23 February 2015
amending Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to Section 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 249 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended by Decree No. 154 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 177 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 27 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 243 / 2012 Coll. and Decree No. 1 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence of the Decree, "Sections 115 (8) and 122 (2) 'are replaced by" Sections 115 (8), 122 (2) and 125j (3)'.
2. Sections 2 and 3, including the headings, read:
International driving licence issued by the Czech Republic
(1) The model of the international driving licence issued by the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree. Data shall be entered in an international driving licence in accordance with the Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna 1968).
(2) The model of international driving licence issued by the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 3 to this Decree. Data shall be entered in an international driving licence in accordance with the Convention on Road Traffic (Geneva 1949).
International driving licence issued by a foreign State
(1) An international driving licence issued by a foreign State under the Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna 1968) shall be assessed in accordance with Annex 7 to this Convention.
(2) The international driving licence issued by a foreign State under the Convention on Road Traffic (Geneva 1949) shall be assessed in accordance with Annex 10 to this Convention. ';
3. Sections 4 and 5 shall be deleted, including the headings.
4. In Article 6 (1), the words "or pursuant to Article 5 'are deleted.
5. In Article 6 (2), the words "and connections' are deleted.

Driving licence issued by a foreign State
(1) The requirements of a driving licence issued by a foreign State under the Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna 1968) shall be assessed in accordance with Annex 6 to this Convention.
(2) The requirements of a driving licence issued by a foreign State under the Convention on Road Traffic (Geneva 1949) shall be assessed in accordance with Annex 9 to this Convention. ';
7. Article 8 shall be deleted, including the title.
8. The following Section 18b is inserted after Section 18a, including the title and footnote 3:
Information form
Model information form (3) sent together with the notice of initiation of an infringement procedure to a person suspected of committing an offence residing in another Member State is set out in Annex 4 to this Order.
3) Article 5 of Directive 2011 / 82 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on facilitating the cross-border exchange of information on road safety delicacies. '.
10. Annex 4 shall read as follows:

Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
