GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 February 2006
amending Government Regulation No. 25 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for the efficiency of new hot water boilers burning liquid or gaseous fuels, as amended by Government Regulation No. 126 / 2004 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Article 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 11 (2), 11a (2) (c), 12 (1) and (3) and 13 (2) of the Act:
Čl. I
Government Regulation No. 25 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for the efficiency of new hot water boilers burning liquid or gaseous fuels, as amended by Government Regulation No. 126 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "This Regulation shall, in accordance with the law of the European Communities (1) 'shall be replaced by the words" This Regulation shall incorporate the relevant provisions of the European Communities (1) and';

Council Directive 93 / 68 / EEC of 22 July 1993 amending Directives 87 / 404 / EEC (simple pressure vessels), 88 / 378 / EEC (safety of toys), 89 / 106 / EEC (construction products), 89 / 336 / EEC (electromagnetic compatibility), 89 / 392 / EEC (machinery), 89 / 686 / EEC (personal protective equipment), 90 / 384 / EEC (non-automatic weighing machines), 90 / 385 / EEC (active implantable medical devices), 90 / 396 / EEC (appliances of gaseous fuels), 91 / 263 / EEC (telecommunications terminal equipment), 92 / 42 / EEC (new hot water boilers for liquid or gaseous fuels) and 73 / 23 / EEC (electrical equipment intended for use in intended voltage limits). Directive 2004 / 8 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 on the promotion of cogeneration based on useful heat demand in the internal energy market and amending Directive 92 / 42 / EEC. Directive 2005 / 32 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 July 2005 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for EuPs and amending Council Directives 92 / 42 / EEC and 96 / 57 / EC and 2000 / 55 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. ';
2. In Article 1, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) equipment combining the production of useful heat and the production of electrical or mechanical energy simultaneously in one production process."
3. Article 4 shall be deleted;
4. In Article 5 (1), the last sentence is deleted.
5. Annex 4 shall be deleted;

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 February 2006, with the exception of points 3 to 5, which shall take effect on 11 August 2007.
