DECLARATION
Czechoslovak State Banks
of 14 February 1990
on the second issue of banknotes of 100 CZK
The State Bank of Czechoslovakia declares pursuant to § 16 (d) of Act No. 130 / 1989 Coll., on the State Bank of Czechoslovakia:
(1) On 1 March 1990, the Czechoslovak State Bank banknotes (hereinafter referred to as the "banknotes") shall be issued for circulation in the form of a second issue of a model 1961 - (shape II).
(2) Banknotes of 100 CZK of model 1961 - (shape II), second edition (hereinafter referred to as "second edition") differ from banknotes of 100 CZK of model 1961 - (shape II), first issue (hereinafter referred to as "first edition") by the layout and size of the watermark and by the shape of the digits of the serial number of the banknote.
(3) On the hundreds of crowns of the first edition, the watermark of the paper creates a horizontal series of lime petals with stoppers, each carrying inside a five-point star. On the hundreds of crowns of the second edition, the watermark creates horizontal rows of alternating leaves and five-pointed stars throughout the paper.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
