DECLARATION
of 7 December 2016
amending Decree No. 274 / 2011 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on the circulation of banknotes and coins
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 35 of Act No. 136 / 2011 Coll., on the circulation of banknotes and coins and amending Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended, as amended, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 278 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 323 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 274 / 2011 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on the circulation of banknotes and coins, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (d), the words "and non-standard damaged domestic banknotes and coins' are inserted after the word" coins'.
2. In Article 1 (d), the text "(§ 12 (6)," is replaced by "(§ 9 (3) and § 12 (6)."
3. In Article 1 (g), the word "and 'after the words" foreign banknotes' is replaced by "or '.
4. In Article 1 (h), the word "law 'shall be inserted after the words" Paragraph 18 (2)'.
5. In Article 3 (3), the text "up to 6 'is replaced by" and 5'.
6. in Articles 6 (1) (b) and 6 (2) (b), the words "biological or other" shall be replaced by the words "hygienic."
7. In Article 6 (1) (g), the words "and the missing part shall be at least 6 mm in length or 5 mm in width 'are deleted.
8. in Article 6 (1) (h), the words "and the crack is longer than 5 mm" shall be deleted;
9. in Article 6 (2) (b), the word "stain" shall be replaced by "damage."
10. in Article 6 (3), the words "or manual" shall be inserted after the word "machine."
11. in Article 7 (1) (c), the words', is split lengthwise in the edge into the face part and the side of the cheek part or the individual parts of which are separated when the domestic coin is made of several parts' are replaced by 'or is made of several parts and those parts are separated';
12. In the heading of Part Five, the word "OR 'is replaced by" A' and after the word "MINDS 'the words" AND INSTANDARDIX OF THE TERM BANKNOTE AND MINDS' are inserted.
13. The heading of Section 9 reads: "Procedures for the retention of suspicious banknotes and coins and non-standard damaged domestic banknotes and coins."
14. in Articles 9 (1) (d) and 11 (2), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "detainees."
15. in Article 9 (1) (d), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "detainees."
16. in Article 9 (1) (e), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "detention."
17. in Paragraph 9 (1) (g), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "were."
18. in Paragraph 9 (2), (3) and (5), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "detention."
19. in the first sentence of Paragraph 9 (4), the word "suspicious" shall be inserted after the word "detained."
20. In the second sentence of Paragraph 9 (4), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "detainees."
21. In the fifth sentence of Paragraph 9 (4), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "stored."
22. in the last sentence of Paragraph 9 (4), the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "detention."
23. in Article 9 (5) and in Article 11, the word "suspects" shall be inserted after the word "detainees."
24. In Article 9, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) Where non-standard domestic banknotes or non-standard domestic coins (" non-standard domestic banknotes or coins') are detained, paragraphs 1 and 4 to 6 shall apply mutatis mutandis:
(a) at the request of the petitioner, the holder shall indicate on the certificate of detention of non-standard damaged domestic banknotes or coins the account number to which the amount corresponding to the nominal value of the detainees of non-standard damaged domestic banknotes or coins may be transferred, if the Czech National Bank provides compensation for them; and
(b) the holder shall indicate on the certificate of detention of non-standard damaged domestic banknotes or coins the text "non-standard damaged domestic banknotes or coins." ';
25. In the title of Section 10, in Section 10 of the Introductory Part of the Provisions and in Section 10 (a), the words "or coins" are deleted.
26. In the heading of Part Seven, the word "REPRODUCE 'is replaced by the words" CARE REPRODUCTION', the word "A 'after the word" BANKS' is replaced by the word "OR 'and the word" CREDIT' is deleted.
27. in Article 14, the word "material" shall be deleted;
28. footnote 1 is deleted, including the reference thereto.
