amending Decree No. 329 / 1997 Coll., implementing § 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, for starch and starch products, leguminous and oil seeds
According to Article 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act ') for starch and starch products, leguminous vegetables and oil seeds:
Decree No. 329 / 1997 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) Allowed negative weight deviations of starch packaging and starch products are given in Annex 2, Table 4. ';
2. In Article 5 (d), the words "sorted according to particle size, where appropriate," shall be inserted after the words "ground to uniform powder."
3. In Article 11 (1) (b), the words "for sunflower and pumpkin shall be marked," shall be deleted.
4. In Annex 2, Table 1, the row "Iodine Coloring Reactions' is deleted.
5. In Annex 2, Table 1, the row "Solubility 'is deleted.
6. In Annex 2, Table 4 is added:

Transitional provisions
(1) Foodstuffs put into circulation before the date of application of this Order shall be assessed in accordance with existing legislation.
(2) Food labelling under existing legislation may be used by 31 December 2001 at the latest.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
