GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 February 2014
on the determination of other addictive substances and their limit values for which the driver is considered to be affected by such a substance in the driver blood sample
The Government orders pursuant to § 137 (1) to implement § 5 (2) (b) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 233 / 2013 Coll.:
§ 1
Determination of other addictive substances and their limit values
(1) The following other addictive substances and their limit values are to be determined and the driver is to be regarded as affected by the following substance in the driver blood sample:

(2) The blood sample is obtained by separating the blood serum from the driver's blood.
§ 2
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
