The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 12 December 2011 it issued a Price Decision 1 / 12-FAR establishing a list of ATC groups of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes not subject to the price regulation of the originator. The price decision is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin 11 / 2011 of 29 December 2011 and came into effect on 1 January 2012.
