DECLARATION
of 3 December 2013
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the authentication of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (e), the word "Blažejov," and the word "Hospojz," is inserted after the word "Upper Foam."
2. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (m), the word" Slavče' shall be inserted after the word "Olešnice '.
3. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (a), the word" Milonice' is inserted after the word "Luba, 'and the words" Departure from Montenegro' are deleted;
4. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (l), the word" Dobelice' is inserted after the word "Bohunice, ';
5. In the part "Králové hradecký kraj," point (c), the words "Zábřečice 'shall be inserted after the words" Vlčkovice v Podkrkonoší'.
6. In the part "Králové hradec kraj," point (h), the words "Hřibiny-Ledská," shall be inserted after the words "Doudledy nad Orlicí,"
7. In the part "Králové Hradec Region ', point (l), the word" Grasshopper' shall be inserted after the word "Humburk 'and the word" Grasshopper' shall be inserted after the word "Millet Serbs'.
8. In the part "Moravskoslezský kraj ', point (n), the word" Krasov' is inserted after the word "Jindřichov, '.
9. in the part "Olomoucky kraj ', point (h), the word" Slatinky' is inserted after the word "Skalka, ';
10. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (f), the words" the Anenské Studánka' shall be inserted after the words "Albrechtice ';
11. the words "Clean, Desná," and the words "Trstěnice," shall be inserted after the words "Cerekvice nad Loučná," in the part "Pardubice Region," in point (g). "
12. In the part "Pardubice Region," point (h), the word "Crown," and the word "Slatina," shall be inserted after the word "Fast in Moravia."
13. In the part "Pardubice Region ', point (l), the word" Mikulej' is inserted after the word "Koclířov '.
14. In the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (b), the word" Munich' shall be inserted after the word "Luženice '.
15. in the part "Plzeň kraj," point (h), the word "Krašovice," shall be inserted after the word "Kozolupy."
16. in the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (l), the word" Lisov' is deleted;
17. under "Plzeň kraj," point (o), the words "Zadná Chodov" shall be added at the end of the text of the letter.
18. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (a), the word" Ostřeček' shall be inserted after the word "Neveklov '.
19. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (e), the words" Tursko,' and the words "Zbuzany 'shall be inserted after the words" Zlatníky-Hodkovice';
20. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (n), the word" Nebula' is inserted after the word "Mšen, '.
21. In the section "Central Bohemian Region," point (v), the word "Forests" is replaced by the word "forests" and after the word "Senohrab," the word "Sluštice," is inserted.
22. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (x), the word" Sazena' shall be inserted after the word "Pošená, '.
23. in the part "Ústí kraj ', point (e) is inserted after the words" Bohusovice nad Ohří,';
24. in the part "Vysočina Region ', point (e) is inserted after the word" Stonařov,';
25. in the section "Region of Vysočina," point (m), the word "Shoot," shall be inserted after the word "old man."
26. in the part "Zlín Region ', point (d), the word" Lipova' is inserted after the word "Upper Lhota ';
27. in the part "Zlinsky Region," point (j), the word "Krhová," and the word "Polická," shall be inserted after the word "Kladeruby,";
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
