THE LAW
of 15 February 1994
amending and supplementing Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended, and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Čl. III
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 425 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 55 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The working hours of members may be unevenly distributed. The length of the shift at unevenly distributed working hours may not exceed 18 hours. The period of on-call time at the workplace immediately following the shift may be no more than 6 hours. ';
2. In Paragraph 56 (2), the words "working shift 'are deleted.
Čl. IV
The President of the Chamber of Deputies is hereby authorised to declare, in the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic, the full text of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call duty in the budget and in some other organizations and bodies, as is apparent from the later laws.
Čl. V
This Law shall take effect on 1 April 1994.
