Rector of the University of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia
of 31 March 1967
on the re-award of titles by the College of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia
The Rector of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, in agreement with the Ministry of Education, provides, in accordance with Act No. 19 / 1966 Coll., on Higher Education, and according to the resolution of the Social Committee of the KSČ of 5 October 1966 and under the statutory measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 92 / 1966 Coll., on the award of degrees to graduates of the University of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia:
Graduates of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and graduates of which the College is the legal successor ("graduates') who completed their studies before the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 92 / 1966 Coll., on the award of degrees to graduates of the University of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, unless they have obtained a degree in the field of this study under Act No. 19 / 1966 Coll., on universities, the College of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia grants the title" Doctor of Social Policy Teaches' (in the abbreviation "RSDr '); the title is awarded after the written rigorous examination according to the order of the Rector of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia No. 39 / 1967 Coll., which is issued by the regulations for the Rigorosní examination (rigorosní order) at the University of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia (hereinafter referred to as the" Rigorosní order for the University of Czechoslovakia ") or after the abbreviated rigorosní procedure (§ 2, 3).
Graduates who obtained prior to the legal measure No. 92 / 1966 Coll., on the award of degrees to graduates of the University of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, the scientific rank in scientific fields related to the fields of study at the University of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, are awarded the title RSDr without a rigorous examination.
(1) The shortened rigorous procedure consists in recognising, at the applicant's request, all or part of the tests previously carried out for the rigorous examination in the scientific field chosen by the applicant in accordance with the provisions of § 1 (2) of the Rigor Code for the College of the Political Institute of the KSČ.
(2) Short-term rigorous procedures may be authorised, except for applicants who have acquired a scientific rank (Section 2), only to those who have received appropriate benefits in the relevant field of higher education in conjunction with very good results obtained on the basis of deep expertise in this field.
(3) The recognition of the tests previously carried out pursuant to paragraph 1 shall be decided by the Committee for Rigorous Trials under the Rigorous Regulations for the University of the Political Institute of the Czech Republic. They shall inform the tenderer in writing of the outcome.
(4) If the tests previously performed as a rigorous examination have been recognised only partially, the graduate will perform the remainder of the rigorous examination according to the rigorous order for the University of Political University of the Czech Republic.
(5) After successfully completed short-term rigorous management, the University of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia will issue a graduate diploma. This diploma will include the degree and science in which the shortened rigorous procedure was carried out.
The application for a short trial will be submitted by the applicant of the High School of Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia. In the application, the chosen scientific field (§ 1 (2) of the Rigoroni Code for the University will indicate the political institution of the Czech Republic). The application shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(a) a diploma or equivalent evidence of the achievement of a higher education qualification, candidates who have achieved a scientific degree (Section 2), as well as a diploma for the achievement of a scientific degree; foreign university graduates also have evidence of nostalgia,
(b) proof of at least five years of successful political practice (unless the production of the document is paid by the competent authority),
(c) the recommendation of the organisation for which the candidate is in employment;
(d) an overview of the demonstrable publication activity.
Details of this decree are provided by the Rector of the Political Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
