amending Decree No. 108 / 1997 Coll., implementing Act No. 49 / 1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and amending and supplementing Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Article 102 (1) of Act No. 49 / 1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and on the amendment and amendment of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Commercial Business (Commercial Act), as amended, as amended, Act No. 146 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 258 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 301 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 407 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 137 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 108 / 1997 Coll., implementing Act No. 49 / 1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation, and amending and supplementing Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Code Act), as amended, as amended, as amended, as amended, and Decree No. 101 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 244 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 359 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 410 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 64 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 314 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 3, Parts A and B, the text "Airport air traffic control service or Airport flight information service in the Czech language and emergency service to known traffic," is replaced by the text "Airport air traffic control service or airport flight information service in the Czech language and the emergency service known at the airport and its airport traffic zone (ATZ), or the provision of information known at the airport and its airport traffic zone (ATZ) by other means in the Czech language, '.
2. In Annex 3, Part B, the words "must be established and published through the aeronautical information service and meet the following requirements' shall be inserted after the words" Operating time '.
3. In Annex 3, Part C, the text "Airport air traffic control service or Airport flight information service in the languages of the Czech and English and the emergency service known to be in operation 'is replaced by the text" Airport air traffic control service or airport flight information service in the Czech and English language and the emergency service known to be operating at the airport and its aerodrome operating zone (ATZ), or the provision of information at the airport and its airport traffic zone (ATZ) by other means in the Czech and English language,'.
4. In Annex 3, Part D, the words "must be established and published through an aeronautical information service and meet the following requirements shall be inserted after the words" Operating time ": '.
5. In Annex 3, Part D, the text "air traffic control airport service or airport flight information service in the Czech and English language and emergency service to known traffic 'is replaced by the text" air traffic control airport service or airport flight information service in the Czech and English language and the emergency service known to traffic at the airport and its airport operating zone (ATZ), or the provision of information at the airport and its airport traffic zone (ATZ) by other means in the Czech and English language,'.
6. In Annex 3, the text "Remarks: 'is replaced by" Note:'.
7. In Annex 3, footnote 1 is deleted.
Notes 2 and 3 to date are renumbered Notes 1 and 2.
8. In Annex 3, footnote 2 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 January 2013.
