DECLARATION
of 17 December 2009
amending Decree No 423 / 2004 Coll., establishing a credit system for the issue of a medical certificate without direct management or professional supervision of healthcare professionals, as amended by Decree No 321 / 2008 Coll.
According to Section 90 (2) (c) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the pursuit of non-medical medical professions and for carrying out activities related to the provision of medical care and amending certain related laws (Law on non-medical health professions):
Decree No. 423 / 2004 Coll., establishing a credit system for the issue of a medical certificate without direct management or professional supervision of healthcare professionals, as amended by Decree No. 321 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (b), at the end of point 2, the words "or 'and point 3 are deleted.
2. In Article 2 (d) (3), the words "and which have been drawn up in the Staff Lifelong Learning Plan 'are deleted.
3. in Article 2 (e):
"(e) training actions,
1. which lasts at least 4 hours each day,
2. whose programme relates to the exercise of the relevant medical profession of non-medical health professional; and
3. which is organised by accredited equipment4) or by an establishment to which a professional association has given a favourable opinion, '.
4. In Article 2 (f), in the introductory part of the provision, the word "educational 'is deleted.
5. In Article 2 (f) (5) and (g) (4), the words "or members' shall be inserted after the words" staff member '.
6. In Article 2 (g), in the introductory part of the provision, the words "an educational event guaranteed by an international organisation 'are replaced by the words" an action'.
7. In Article 2 (h) (5), the words "as a teaching aid shall be considered to be CD-ROM or a professional basis for a lifelong learning action, including an eLearning course; 'shall be deleted.
8. in § 2 (k) and (l) read:
'(k) the type of participation in the expert communication containing comments on topics, tables or photographs published on the tables at congresses, conferences, working days, slopes or symposia;
(l) the form of educational action or innovation course, which is completed by the final test,
1. whose programme concerns the pursuit of the relevant non-medical health profession; and
2. which is organised by accredited equipment4) or by an establishment to which the professional association has given a favourable opinion, '.
9. In Paragraph 3 (2), "3 credits' is replaced by" 4 credits' and the last sentence is deleted.
10. in Article 3 (3):
"(3) There is one credit for taking part in the seminar, not for teaching. '
11. in Article 3, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) For the completion of an e-learning course of at least
(a) 15 pages processed according to the technical standard on the presentation of documents (7a) are covered by 2 credits;
(b) 30 pages processed in accordance with the technical standard on the presentation of documents (7a) shall have 3 credits.
7a) ČSN 01 6910 - Modification of documents processed by text editors. '
12. In Article 3a (2), the words "or the presentation of an expert communication 'shall be inserted after the word" hour'.
13. in Paragraph 3b (1), the words "paragraphs 1 to 6" shall be deleted;
14. in Paragraph 3b (2), "paragraph 1 (d) to (f)" is replaced by "(d) to (g)";
15. in Paragraph 4 (1), "6" is replaced by "7."
Transitional provision
Credits belonging to the various forms of lifelong learning which took place before the date of entry into force of this decree shall be included in the number laid down in Decree No 423 / 2004 Coll. as effective by the date of entry into force of this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2010.
