GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 December 1998
on the use of part of the income of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic to promote the export of pigs for slaughter
The Government orders pursuant to § 15 paragraph 6 of Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 269 / 1998 Coll.:
(1) The Land Fund of the Czech Republic transfers the amount of CZK 56.3 million to the State Fund for Market Regulation in Agriculture.
(2) The State Fund for Market Control in Agriculture shall use the amount transferred under paragraph 1 in accordance with the specific legislation1) to promote the export of pigs for slaughter in the form of a subsidy; the grant is granted on condition that the purchase price per kg live weight of the pigs exported reaches at least CZK 30.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
