DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of the Interior
of 10 December 1990
amending Decree No. 22 / 1977 of the Federal Ministry of the Interior Coll., which gives further regulations on the Matrix Act
The Federal Ministry of the Interior provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to Section 23 of Act No. 268 / 1949 Coll., on Matrices:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of the Interior No 22 / 1977 Coll., which gives more detailed regulations on the Matrix Act, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (2), point (c) shall be deleted; the previous point (d) shall be renumbered as point (c).
2. In Article 3 (3), the promise of a matricide is:
"I promise to be faithful to the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, to uphold the laws and to perform all duties associated with the management of the mantle to the best of my knowledge. I will remain silent about all the facts that I will learn from my activities."
3. Paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 are deleted in Paragraph 30.
4. Paragraph 48 deletes paragraph 5.
5. Paragraph 62 (2) is deleted; at the same time the numbering of the paragraphs is deleted.
If the Federal Ministry of the Interior Decree No. 22 / 1977 Coll., which gives further provisions to the Matrix Act, gives the name:
a) Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, Czech Socialist Republic or Slovak Socialist Republic, i.e. Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, Czech Republic or Slovak Republic,
(b) the national committee (local, urban, district, directly superior national committee, national higher-level committee) shall mean the authorities which take over the competence of the national committees in matters of state administration under specific rules. 1)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 1991.
