amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 95 / 1978 Coll., on schools for youth requiring special care
The Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 23 paragraph 4 and § 25 paragraph 2 of Act No. 63 / 1978 Coll., on measures in the system of primary and secondary schools and under § 14 paragraph 2 (a) and § 22 paragraph 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 77 / 1978 Coll., on State Administration in Education after consulting the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic:
The Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 95 / 1978 Coll., on schools for youth requiring special care, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 12, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) Preparation in the teaching and study fields established by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 24 / 1980 Coll. and No. 70 / 1978 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No. 87 / 1970 Coll., on the teaching fields and on the organisation of apprenticeships, as amended by Regulations No. 68 / 1971 Coll. and No. 54 / 1972 Coll. and by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 102 / 1979 Coll., laying down the nomenclature of studies at secondary vocational schools, gymnastics, secondary vocational schools, conservatory schools for workers, vocational schools, secondary schools for young people requiring special care and a set of study subjects in secondary vocational schools, and their studies at two-year and three-year-year-year-year-level. for four-year studies in secondary vocational schools for the sensory affected youth, this preparation is extended by one year. The extension of the preparation shall be included in the preparatory period. ';
2. Paragraph 12 (3) becomes paragraph 4 and the following sentence is added at the end:
"The applicant for admission to a vocational training centre or secondary vocational training centre for young people requiring special care must demonstrate by expressing to the competent doctor the medical fitness to carry out the chosen professional profession; the classification of a candidate who is a citizen with a changed working capacity shall be in accordance with the recommendation of the Social Security Assessment Board of the relevant District National Committee. ';
3. In Paragraph 12, paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 5 and paragraph 5 becomes paragraph 6.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 1981.
