DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 23 January 1970
on the remuneration of business and economic operators set up by social organisations and small establishments of national committees
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic provides pursuant to Section 12 of Act No. 53 / 1968 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Central Authorities, in an Agreement with the Czech Trade Union Council:
This Decree applies to undertakings and economic establishments set up by social organisations and carrying out economic activities on the basis of the relevant regulations, and, where appropriate, to the authorisation of national committees (hereinafter referred to as "economic establishments') and to small establishments of national committees (hereinafter referred to as" small establishments'). *)
(1) Remuneration of operators of economic establishments and small establishments, unless regulated by special wage rules issued by central authorities, is governed by:
(a) for workers engaged in the sale of goods, in hospitality in the manufacture of food and service, in the tourism sector, wage regulations applicable to the remuneration of commercial operators in state-owned organisations, *)
(b) for other workers, the wage rules applicable to the remuneration of workers in local economic organisations, * *) with the restrictions set out in the following paragraphs.
(2) Task wages may be used only for the remuneration of works for which progressive performance standards are laid down. Share wages may only be used for the remuneration of small services to the population, with the agreement of the body which set up the organisation. At the same time, the other conditions laid down in the wage rules referred to in paragraph 1 shall be fulfilled when applying both forms of wages.
(3) The wage rules applicable to workers in establishments with special involvement in the management of local economy enterprises may not be applied to the remuneration of operators of economic establishments and small establishments covered by this Decree.
(4) Social organisations shall monitor the level of earnings in their economic establishments and ensure that they do not exceed the level usual in the same professions (functions) in similar establishments of local economy organisations and, where appropriate, public trade; If such an increase occurs or may occur, it shall set a reasonable limit for wage components which are neither the basic wage nor the supplement thereto. The same applies to the national committees as regards their small establishments.
In the Czech Socialist Republic, Article 2 (2) of the Directives of the Ministry of Finance and Interior and the Central Commission of People's Control and Statistics of 17 August 1966 No 351 / 32 000 / 1966 on Small Operations of National Committees (No 10 of the Reports of the Directives for National Committees) expires.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
