declaring the amount applicable to the participation of staff active under the sickness insurance agreement
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to § 7a (1) of Act No. 187 / 2006 Coll., on sickness insurance, as amended by Act No. 365 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 470 / 2024 Coll., declares that from 1 January 2026 the amount applicable to the participation of employees active on the basis of an agreement to carry out work on sickness insurance is CZK 12,000.
