GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 December 2023
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, the definition of a difficult working environment and the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (2) and § 112 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
Government Regulation No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wages, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Regulation No. 249 / 2007 Coll., Government Regulation No. 452 / 2009 Coll., Government Regulation No. 246 / 2012 Coll., Government Regulation No. 210 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 204 / 2014 Coll., Government Regulation No. 233 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 436 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 337 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 405 / 2021 Coll., Government Regulation No. 286 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 273 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 347 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 487 / 2020 Coll., Government Regulation No. 405 / 2021 Coll., Government Regulation No. 465 / 2022 Coll., is amended amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2, "103,80 'is replaced by" 112,50' and "17 300 'is replaced by" 18 900'.
2. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The lowest wage guaranteed levels for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours shall be graduated according to the complexity, responsibility and workload of the work carried out, classified in 8 groups, and shall be:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
