amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the Verification of the Compliance of a Copy or Copy with the Charter and on the Verification of the Authenticity of Signature and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Act on Verification), as amended by Act No. 279 / 2019 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 265 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 316 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 389 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 411 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 409 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 265 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 316 / 2019 Coll.
1. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (q), the word" Borovnik' is inserted after the word "Borač ';
2. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (s), the word" Tučapy' is inserted after the word "Topolany ';
3. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (e) is inserted after the word" Černožice'.
4. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (g), the word" Vitinéves' shall be inserted after the word "Velka, '.
5. In the part "Králové hradec kraj," point (h), the word "Chleny," shall be inserted after the words "Hřibiny-Ledská,"
6. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (m), the word" Libel' is inserted after the word "Potštejna, '.
7. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (i), the word" Translations' is deleted;
8. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (d), the word" Nachoušice' is inserted after the word "Mrákotín ';
9. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (l), the word" Janovka' shall be inserted after the word "Harbours';
10. in the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (b), the word" Pond' shall be inserted after the word "Postěkov, 'and the word" Pond' shall be inserted after the word "Guard, ';
11. in the part "Plzeň kraj," point (i), the word "Letkov," is inserted after the word "Kyšice,"
12. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Konepruses' shall be inserted after the word "Karlstejn, 'and the word" Skuhrov,' shall be inserted after the word "Slavíčives'.
13. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (i), the word" Beluz' is inserted after the word "the authorities'.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
