DECLARATION
of 29 November 2016
amending Decree No 89 / 2006 Coll., on closer conditions for the cultivation of the genetically modified variety, as amended by Decree No 58 / 2010 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 2i (4) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 371 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No 89 / 2006 Coll., on the closer conditions for the cultivation of the genetically modified variety, as amended by Decree No 58 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 2, the words "soil blocks, where appropriate 'are deleted.
2. in Articles 2, 4 (2) (i) and 6 (f), the words "by soil block, where appropriate" shall be deleted;
3. The following Section 2a is inserted after Section 2, including the title and footnote 5:
Minimum distance from the national border for the cultivation of the genetically modified variety
[K § 2i (2) (f) and § 4 (g) of the Act]
The minimum distance between the place of cultivation of the genetically modified variety and the national border of the Czech Republic (5) for a single crop is given in the annex to this decree.
(5) Article 1 (1) of Directive (EU) 2015 / 412 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2015 amending Directive 2001 / 18 / EC as regards the possibility for Member States to restrict or prohibit the cultivation of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in their territory. ';
4. In Section 3, Section 4 (1) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, Section 4 (2) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, Section 6 of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, and in Section 7, the words "soil block, where appropriate 'are deleted.
5. in § 4 (1) of the introductory part of the provision, § 4 (1) (e), § 4 (2) (d), § 4 (2) (g) and § 6 (d), the words "soil block, where appropriate" shall be deleted;
6. in Articles 4 (1) (a) and 4 (2) (a), the words "place of business" shall be replaced by the words "seat or" seat. "
7. in Articles 4 (1) (b) and 4 (2) (b), the words "or a company and legal form," shall be deleted;
8. in Articles 4 (1) (b) and 4 (2) (b), the words "organisational components" shall be replaced by "branches."
9. In Paragraph 4 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "Ministry of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as" Ministry ')' are replaced by the words "State Agricultural Intervention Fund '.
10. in Article 4 (2) (i) and Article 6 (f), the words "soil blocks, where appropriate," shall be deleted;
11. in Article 4 (3), the word "Ministry" is replaced by "State Agricultural Intervention Fund";
