DECLARATION
of 17 December 2015
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., and Decree No. 346 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Dizziness' shall be inserted after the word "Dizziness, 'and the word" Olives' shall be inserted after the word "Oaks'.
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (i), the word" Hlumany' is inserted after the word "Husinec '.
3. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (j), the words "Klenovice, Myskovice," shall be inserted after the word "Header."
4. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (k), the word "Čepraovice," shall be inserted after the word "Čepravice," after the word "New Ves," the word "Osek," after the word "Parachev," the words "Pračiovice, Preslavice," and the word "Strakonice," shall be inserted after the word "Spošice,."
5. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (m), the word" Boundary' shall be inserted after the word "Upper Stropnice '.
6. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', at the end of the text in point (p), the word" Žárovská' is added.
7. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (q), the word" Bílsko' is inserted after the word "Bavorov '.

Efficacy
