GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 September 2020
on the maximum amount of the contribution to support the employment of persons with disabilities in the protected labour market
The Government orders pursuant to § 78a paragraph 17 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 365 / 2019 Coll.:
Preliminary provisions
This Regulation establishes the maximum amount of the contribution to support the employment of disabled persons provided to employers with whom the Labour Office of the Czech Republic has concluded a written agreement on their recognition as employers in the protected labour market (hereinafter referred to as the "contribution ').
Maximum amount of contribution
The maximum amount of the allowance is CZK 13,600.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2020.
