on the issue of a Price Decision 1 / 09-FAR amending the Price Decision of the Ministry of Health of 20 December 2007 setting the maximum prices for dental care for dental practitioners covered by public health insurance and dental products fully covered by public health insurance
The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 10 December 2008 it issued a price decision 1 / 09-FAR amending the Price Decision of the Ministry of Health of 20 December 2007 setting the maximum price of dental care for dental practitioners paid from public health insurance and dental products fully covered by public health insurance. The price decision is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No 7 / 2008 of 28 December 2008 and came into effect on 1 January 2009.
