DECLARATION
of 30 January 2003
repealing certain legislation on safety and health at work
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Sections 9 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 56 / 1981 Coll., on ensuring safety of work and technical equipment in inland navigation.
2. Decree No. 379 / 1991 Coll., amending and supplementing the Order of the Czech Labour Safety Authority No. 56 / 1981 Coll., on ensuring the safety of work and technical equipment in inland navigation.
3. Decree No. 42 / 1985 Coll., on ensuring the safety of working with hand-held chain saws.
4. Decree No. 125 / 1982 Coll., laying down requirements to ensure safety at work with lasers.
5. Decree No. 12 / 1995 Coll., on ensuring safety of work and operation at bulk storage facilities.
6. The proceeds of the Czech Labour Safety Authority No. 23 of 15.11.1972 to ensure the safety of work in the operation of radiolocators (reg. amount 1 / 1973 Coll.).
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
