Decree of the Ministry of Health and Justice
of 20 January 1949
amending the official districts of certain State veterinary investigation institutes.
The Ministry of Health and Justice declares, pursuant to Section 3, paragraph 4 of the Decree of 13 October 1897, No 240, on the establishment of state institutes for the examination of foodstuffs and articles, the needs of the kind mentioned in the Law of 16 January 1896, No 89, of 1897:
(1) The official districts of the state veterinary investigation institutes in České Budějovice, Pilsen, Karlovy Vary, Jihlava and Brno are adapted to match the districts of the regional national committees which have their seat in those regional cities.
(2) The official district of the State Veterinary Investigation Institute in Opava is adapted to match the district of the National Committee in Ostrava.
(3) The official district of the State Veterinary Investigation Institute in Hradec Králové is adapted by including the districts of the Regional National Committees in Hradec Králové and Pardubice.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1949.
