DECLARATION
of 25 September 2025
repealing the Decree on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of certain harmful plant organisms
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 88 (2) of Act No. 326 / 2004 Coll., on Phytosanitary Care and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 249 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 331 / 2004 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of potato ring agent and bacterial brown rot agent.
2. Decree No. 332 / 2004 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of potato cancer, potato pinewood and yellow pinewood.
3. Decree No. 328 / 2008 Coll., amending Decree No. 331 / 2004 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of potato ring agent and bacterial brown rot agent.
4. Decree No. 75 / 2010 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of Potato PWN and Potato PWN and amending Decree No. 332 / 2004 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of potato cancer, Potato PWN and Yellow PWN.
5. Decree No. 43 / 2016 Coll., amending Decree No. 75 / 2010 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of Potato PWN and Yellowish PWN and amending Decree No. 332 / 2004 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of potato cancer, Potato PWN and Yellow PWN.
6. Decree No. 4 / 2018 Coll., amending Decree No. 331 / 2004 Coll., on measures to ensure protection against the introduction and spread of potato ring agent and bacterial brown rot agent, as amended by Decree No. 328 / 2008 Coll.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
