GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 October 2017
amending Government Regulation No 142 / 2014 Coll., laying down closer conditions for the implementation of the measures of the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products in the field of wine-growing and wine-growing, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 2b (2) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., and under § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 142 / 2014 Coll., on the establishment of closer conditions for the implementation of measures of the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products in the field of wine-growing and wine-growing, as amended by Government Regulation No. 308 / 2014 Coll., Government Regulation No. 327 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 341 / 2016 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 49 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 3 (2) (d) and 4 (2) (d), the word "a" is replaced by a comma;
2. In Article 3, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by "and 'and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) the area planted with vines after the planting of the new vineyard."
3. In Article 4, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by "a 'and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) the area planted on the vineyard after the planting of the moved vineyard."
4. in Articles 4a (2) (e) and 5 (3) (d), the word "a" shall be deleted;
5. in Article 4a (2), the following point (f) is inserted after point (e):
"(f) the total planted area of the vineyard after the planting or holding of the vineyard, and ';
Point (f) shall be renumbered as point (g).
6. in Article 4a (4) (a), the word "overall" shall be inserted after the word "area."
7. In Article 5, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by "a 'and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) the amount of the estimated cost of the acquisition of equipment referred to in paragraph 241.
41) Article 35 (a) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016 / 1149 of 15 April 2016 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308 / 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards national support programmes in the wine sector and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 555 / 2008. '
8. In footnote 15, "Article 103u (2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234 / 2007, as amended, 'is deleted.
9. In footnote 16, the words "Article 103q of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234 / 2007, as amended 'are deleted.
(10) footnote 32 is deleted.
Transitional provision
Applications initiated under Government Regulation 142 / 2014 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be completed under Government Regulation 142 / 2014 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 15 November 2017.
